About Me

Doug Adams brings nearly three decades of real estate leadership to National Land Realty.

Prior to his role as Chief Executive Officer at National Land, Doug spent over two decades at United Country Real Estate and United Real Estate in a series of senior leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Business Development, Director of International Development and others. During his tenure, he played a key role in expanding the United network from 5,000 to 24,000 agents and growing company revenue from $55M to $534M, propelling the company from the 135th to the 8th largest real estate company in the United States. His career has also included an international secondment in Australia, where he worked directly with the C-suite, Brokers and Agents of PRD Real Estate, one of the most prominent real estate brands in Australia.

Doug grew up on buffalo ranch in the mountains of Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with a minor in Business Marketing from Colorado State University. He is an active member of the Realtor Land Institute and the National Association of Realtors, and he's deeply involved in his community, including leadership roles with local youth sports booster clubs. Doug lives in Colorado with his wife, Jessica, of 25 years.  They have 3 children. Jackson, who played Division I football and recently graduated from the United States Air Force Academy. AJ, a sophomore and college football player at Colorado Mesa University. Addison, who is Senior soccer player at Arapahoe High School.  Doug enjoys fitness, hunting, fishing, and golf in his free time.
