Dave Holmquist brings over 30 years of sales leadership, real estate investing, and deep regional expertise to every client relationship! Dave was born, raised, and educated in Minnesota, and has raised his two sons here as well. His family’s roots go back to the original homesteaders of the late 1800s, and his father’s career in agribusiness took them to every corner of Minnesota and South Dakota, instilling in David a lifelong appreciation for the land, its people, and the nuances of each unique region of both states. An avid traveler, Dave has spent his life enjoying time in almost every area of South Dakota and Minnesota, not to mention being an avid Vikings and Twins fan!

With over 25 years of personal experience in land and residential real estate investment, Dave knows what it takes to position property for maximum value, whether you're selling farmland in rural Minnesota or South Dakota, buying commercial land throughout the state, or leasing commercial space in the Twin Cities or Rapid City area.

Dave's style is assertive, creative, collaborative, and driven by results, with a focus on helping clients meet their personal, financial, and professional goals. He holds a B.S. in Business Finance from Bethel University and an M.A.R. in Leadership from Liberty University.
