Daniel has served as the General Manager of the Fayette Water Works Board for the past 10 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Alabama. As a member of the Comprehensive Planning Committee for the City of Fayette, he understands local development trends and land-use opportunities.

With deep roots in forestry, wildlife, and agriculture, Daniel specializes in identifying land favorable for hunting and outdoor recreation. His ability to assess a property’s potential for wildlife habitat—especially for wild turkey and whitetail deer—sets him apart as a land agent in Huntsville and North Alabama.

Daniel and his wife, Ronni Rena, have been married for nearly 18 years and live on 200 acres in Northeast Fayette County, AL, where they raise their three children—Lara Beth, Mac, and Bo—along with two dogs and a flock of laying hens. When he’s not working with clients, Daniel enjoys land and wildlife management, hunting, and outdoor recreation.
