About Me
Coleman Tatum joined National Land Realty in August 2024, bringing a lifelong connection to rural properties and a passion for helping clients achieve their land goals. Growing up on his family’s hog farm, Coleman developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for agricultural land. During high school, he spent summers working at the Vineyard Golf at White Lake and gained hands-on experience installing windows in homes. These diverse experiences shaped his understanding of rural properties and the unique characteristics that make them valuable.
What sets Coleman apart as a land agent in North Carolina is his extensive time spent in the woods hunting and exploring rural properties. His personal knowledge of farmland and hunting tracts in Eastern NC provides clients with invaluable insights when buying or selling land.
In his free time, Coleman enjoys duck hunting, deer hunting, and turkey hunting. He’s also an avid outdoorsman who loves riding his four-wheeler, taking his boat on the river, and spending time on the lake during the summer months.
A graduate of East Bladen High School, Coleman is proud to serve the communities of Eastern North Carolina. If you’re looking for a dedicated land agent who understands the nuances of rural properties, Coleman Tatum is ready to help!
