About Me

Clayton Hinspeter joined National Land Realty in October 2024, bringing hands-on experience in construction and property renovation to his role as a land agent in Georgia. Based in Greensboro, GA, Clayton has dedicated nearly eight years to the construction industry, building expertise in project management, carpentry, and roofing. His background includes roles with Weidmann Remodeling, Lakeboys Renovation, and Strategic Roofing, and he currently contracts with Arxis Roofing & Construction. Clayton has been involved in land and home flips, giving him a strong foundation to assist clients who want to sell or buy land in Georgia.

A lifelong resident of Greensboro, Clayton lives on the north side of Lake Oconee, minutes from his childhood home. Deeply connected to his community, he is a member of Lakeside Church, supports Ducks Unlimited, and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, training bird dogs, and cheering on UGA football. Clayton is committed to providing clients searching for land in Georgia with an authentic, local perspective.

Outside of work, Clayton spends time with his girlfriend, Gracie, and their three dogs, including a young German Shorthaired Pointer that keeps him busy. Clayton primarily operates between Greensboro and Augusta, GA, and is excited to help clients realize the potential in Georgia’s rural properties.
