With 25 years of experience in the land industry, Bradley Gardner brings deep North Carolina market knowledge and hands-on expertise to clients looking to buy and sell land in North Carolina. As a long-time NC resident, Bradley has guided landowners, investors, and families through transactions involving raw land, timber tracts, recreational property, and rural acreage.
Before joining National Land Realty, Bradley served as Vice President at Lynndale Inc., where he worked as a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor and managed development and construction projects across the state. Bradley is a licensed contractor in Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. His construction background adds valuable insight into land use, site potential, access, improvements, and long-term value.
A graduate of NC State University (Class of 2000), Bradley has lived and worked in North Carolina for 25 years, giving him strong local ties and a thorough understanding of the state’s rural and recreational land markets. In 1993, Bradley received his Eagle Scout designation. His specialties include raw land, timber properties, and large acreage tracts throughout Johnston County and surrounding regions.
Outside of work, Bradley enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and SxS trail riding. He lives in Johnston County with his wife, Emily, and their children, Emma Grace, Finley, Ethan, and Emerson, along with their dogs, Maggie and Fergie.
