Bennett Stroud is a dedicated land agent in GA who helps clients buy and sell land in Georgia, with a focus on the coastal and South Georgia region. Born and raised in St. Simons Island, Bennett has a lifelong connection to the area and a strong understanding of the land, wildlife, and outdoor opportunities that make the Georgia coast unique. For anyone searching to buy or sell land in Georgia, Bennett offers local insight, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients find the right recreational or rural property.

Bennett was introduced to real estate at an early age through his father, a long-time real estate broker. Before joining National Land Realty, he gained 1.5 years of experience in property management with Georgia Coast Realty, working with residential properties and learning the day-to-day operations of managing land and homes. His background taught him how to communicate clearly with property owners, solve problems, and stay organized. He now uses that experience to support clients looking to sell land in Georgia or purchase acreage, hunting properties, and recreation-focused tracts.

An Eagle Scout, Bennett has a lifelong love for the outdoors. He enjoys working with recreational properties, especially those suited for hunting and fishing. He grew up exploring the woods and waterways of Glynn County and later broadened his outdoor expertise while living in Breckenridge, Colorado, where he worked as a ski technician and was introduced to ice fishing. His knowledge of wildlife, land features, and outdoor lifestyles helps him understand exactly what clients want when searching for the right piece of property.

Outside of work, Bennett enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and UGA football. He continues to build strong relationships throughout St. Simons Island and Glynn County, where he has lived and worked since 2024.
