Ashton McKelvy joined National Land Realty on January 1, 2025, bringing two decades of sales expertise and an extensive knowledge and passion for land management to the team. As an AL real estate agent specializing in land sales in South Alabama, North Florida, and Southwest Georgia, Ashton is here to help you buy or sell land in Alabama with confidence.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a major in Risk Management & Insurance from 2004, Ashton’s professional background includes 20 successful years as a Top 20 Agent for Globe Life - Liberty National Division. Ashton’s hands-on land management experience began as a youth, working alongside his father, a professional wildlife biologist and land manager. As part of developing and managing client’s properties he worked on projects like planting pines and hardwoods, conducting prescribed burns, assisting with timber sales along with building fences and raising cattle. His experience and knowledge in forestry, wildlife and agriculture adds valuable insight for clients navigating rural and recreational land transactions. 

Ashton is a proud member of the Elba Quarterback Club, the Diamond Club, and other local organizations, further connecting him to the community he serves. When not assisting clients, he enjoys hunting, fishing, raising cattle, and spending quality time with his family. Ashton resides just outside Elba, Alabama, with his wife Valiece, their three children—Zalie, Easton, and Rilynn—and their golden retriever, Copper.
