With over 20 years of experience in real estate and a decade focused specifically on land, Adam Southey is an accomplished real estate agent in TX who helps clients across the state with buying and selling land. For the past 10 years, Adam has also worked as a land investor, giving him firsthand knowledge of how to identify opportunities and maximize value.

Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and has built his career on both residential and land transactions. His work as an investor in Alabama and Mississippi contributes to his broad understanding of regional land markets, while his real estate practice in Texas enables him to serve landowners seeking to sell land in Texas and buyers looking for farms, ranches, recreational properties, or acreage for development.

Adam lives in Aledo, TX, with his wife, Sarah, and their daughters, Emily and Presley. Their family also includes two dogs: Ryder, a Husky Doodle, and Ollie, a Border Doodle. Outside of real estate, Adam enjoys traveling, cars, motorcycles, and spending time with family and friends.
