The new search experience replaces the traditional homepage search interface with an AI-enabled system that allows users to describe the property they are looking for in their own words. Rather than limiting buyers to predefined search fields, the tool interprets natural-language requests and searches National Land Realty’s listings based on the content and characteristics of those properties.

Buyers can now enter a highly specific request, such as looking for a certain number of acres of farmland in a particular county, and the AI-powered search will translate that request into relevant search criteria and return matching listings.

The tool also provides geographically relevant search suggestions to help users discover properties and refine their searches. Buyers can search by factors such as location, acreage, and land type, while the system can also suggest nearby or similar properties when an exact match isn’t available.

Making Land Search More Accessible

One of the tool’s key differentiators is its voice-to-text functionality, allowing users to speak their property search rather than typing it. The feature works across supported browsers and provides another way for buyers to interact with National Land Realty’s property database.

The AI-powered search is designed to reduce the time buyers spend sorting through listings that don’t meet their needs by providing more granular, relevant results from the outset.

Once users find a search that fits their needs, they can save it to their MyLand account and receive notifications when properties that match their criteria come to market.
