Changing Economic Policies Impact on Land Market
“Right now, the policies are changing daily, but we’re still selling land, and we’re still seeing buyers in the market. Mostly what we’re seeing are watchers, and they’re feeling like we are right now. I hate to say ‘I don’t know,’ but if I were a seller today, I’d get into a holding pattern and sit tight,” stated CEO of National Land Realty Ronnie Richardson during a recent interview on RFD-TV.
Richardson also discussed aspects of the Big Beautiful Bill that could impact ag landowners and producers, as well as current land values and factors contributing to their stability.
