Redbud Creek Black Prairie Farm
This is one of three parcels which are part of one of the largest Black Prairie farms in Mississippi and Alabama. More than 85% of this farm is under cultivation. It is easily accessible from Hwy 45-Alt and has a half mile of frontage on County Road 173.
This farm's fertile soils consistently produce high yields of corn and/or soybeans. It has a 30' x 80' shed with 16' tall roof. A camp house is located next to the shed. Forty acres of mature hardwood timber provide excellent deer hunting.
