Having grown up on family farmland, Clark Merritt understands what it means to invest in land as an asset, far beyond being just a plot on which to build a building. Joining National Land Realty in February 2020, Clark brings experience in how to best market a client's land for maximum market value, getting the best ROI on properties, all while being a good steward of creation. 

Clark’s previous experience includes four years spent with  JIR Land & Timber, LLC in Greenville, South Carolina where he closed a wide range of property, including land, industrial, and commercial transactions.

Clark has an Economics Degree from Clemson University and is involved as a member of Tiger Brotherhood Service Fraternity, a member of the Palmetto Boys State Staff, and a member of Grace City Church.

Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, he and his wife Lyndon reside in Greenville, South Carolina, with their son Mercer and daughter Boone. Clark enjoys golfing, hunting, and going to the beach with his wife and son.
