Clarence is a composite of diverse experience that spans across a lifetime of sales and service with others. He loves to see and help individuals grow in their knowledge and skills, and to expand their entrepreneurial success.

He is a military veteran with exceptional meritorious service. He attained various leadership positions of increasing responsibility throughout a distinguished career that culminated in him becoming a Battalion Recruiting and Retention Sergeant Major, the Regional Recruiting and Retention Chairman for the 10 Southeastern State and Territories, and an Adjunct Instructor at the Professional Education Center for the Senior Leaders’ Recruiting and Retention Management Course.

Since leaving the armed forces, he has been predominantly engaged in business educational delivery and workforce development with the Home Builders Institute, CareerSource (Disabled Veteran Outreach), WyoTech, Military Personnel Services Corporation, and Career Training Concepts. In his most recent position he served as the Professional Development Director for the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®. While in this position, he served on the Florida REALTORS® Professional Development Committee, Education Directors Subcommittee, and as an Evaluator for New Florida REALTORS® Instructors and Courses. He continues his professional development service as a member of the Professional Development Forum for the Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association.
