This is a "sealed bid" sale. All offers to purchase must be received by the Tuscaloosa office of National Land Realty no later than 10:00 AM on June 27, 2017. The bid form attached to the prospectus must be used for bid submission and the form must be signed by the bidder.
Bids submitted by mail should be sent to National Land Realty, P.O. Box 2383, Tuscaloosa, AL. 35403. Bidders should designate on the outside of the mailing envelope, "Christian Land Sale," in the lower left hand corner of the envelope.
