Accommodating the concerns, desires, and needs of these \u2018conscious investors\u2019 will pose a steep challenge for some, but that same challenge will, as always, bring opportunity for those of us willing to embrace it.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My article, \u201cThe Green Generation: Understanding the Land Investors of Tomorrow,\u201d examines a new type of buyer becoming more common in the land industry. Many younger buyers today are more concerned with conservation efforts than in prior years, placing a larger emphasis on regenerative agriculture, green land management practices, and overall sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While many of these conservation-minded buyers and land investors are still looking for properties that may be profitable down the line, money isn\u2019t typically their biggest motivator and as land real estate agents, we need to be able to account for this.
