It\u2019s easy to become jealous of those who are successful because it is hard to quantify exactly what effort it took for that individual to find success. Today we are talking with three successful land real estate agents who have worked hard to get there. Part of that work is the Accredited Land Consultant designation, which requires a plane trip, several days of coursework, and countless study hours. Ashley McCraney, Jim Fleissner, and Nicholas Ardis attended the Real Estate Land Institute\u2019s ALC training as well as the APEX awards. Here\u2019s the thing, they did not expect that one of them, Ashley McCraney, would win one of the most prestigious awards of the evening. Ashley was awarded as &nbsp;APEX 2022 National Broker of the Year in Agribusiness Sales by the REALTORS\u00ae Land Institute. This is a story of hard work from people who are doing it. This is a story of success.
