This is the latest in a series of interest rate increases that started in March of 2022 and it has resulted in a shock reaction within real estate markets. With interest rates hovering around zero for the past few years, these increases have created a confusing environment for land buyers and sellers.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Mac Christian is talking with Jackson Takach, Chief Economist at The Federal Agricultural Mortage Corporation, or as you probably know it, Farmer Mac.
