They&#8217;re very stable right now, and if you&#8217;re considering selling, it&#8217;s a great time to do that because there is an ample amount of buyers out there willing to pay quality prices for your property,&#8221; stated President of National Land Realty Jason Burbage regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/nationalland.com\/blog\/how-inflation-and-interest-rates-could-impact-land-values\/\">land values<\/a> and the current demand for rural land during his recent appearance on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfdtv.com\/news\">RFD-TV.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jason explained the market factors that have contributed to the current influx of buyers driving up demand for rural land. He also went on to illustrate why land values have held strong throughout the year as well as where they may go in the second half of 2023.
