I\u00a0have been using these for two years now and couldn&#8217;t be more pleased with the outcome. Below, you can find a parts list, instructions on how to build this trail camera mount and you can see some pictures of a couple of them set up in the field<\/p>\n<p>Using a trail camera on this mount will give you the opportunity to place a trail camera in any location and any direction you desire. The parts for the mount can be bought at pretty much any hardware store and you can build this for around $5 to $6 total.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need for a single mount:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a01\/4&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; Eye Bolts (Qty. 2)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01\/4&#8243; Wing Nut (Qty. 1)<\/li>\n<li>3\/8&#8243; Hex Bolt\u00a0(Qty. 1)<\/li>\n<li>3\/8&#8243; Hex Nut (Qty. 1)<\/li>\n<li>3\/8&#8243; Washer (Qty. 3)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4&#8243; Hex Nut (Qty. 2)<\/li>\n<li>4&#8242; Garden Stake (Qty. 1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step-by-step Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add 3\/8&#8243; washer to 3\/8&#8243; hex bolt<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/4&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; eye bolt to 3\/8&#8243; hex bolt<\/li>\n<li>Add 3\/8&#8243; washer to 3\/8&#8243; hex bolt<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/4&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; eye bolt to 3\/8&#8243; hex bolt<\/li>\n<li>Add 3\/8&#8243; washer to 3\/8&#8243; hex bolt<\/li>\n<li>Add 3\/8&#8243; hex nut to 3\/8&#8243; hex bolt<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/4&#8243; wing nut to 1\/4&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; eye bolt (top eye bolt)<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/4&#8243; hex nut to 1\/4&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; eye bolt (bottom eye bolt)<\/li>\n<li>Place mounting hardware into hole on 4&#8242; garden stake at desired height (you might need to drill the holes out\u00a0if the fit is too tight so you don&#8217;t mess up your threads)<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/4&#8243; hex nut on the backside of the garden stake to the 1\/4&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; eye bolt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Before buying parts, make sure your trail camera will fit on this design.<\/p>\n<p>These trail camera mounts work exceptionally well and are easy (and affordable) to make. You can make these to hold either\u00a01 or 2 cams (see pics below). I also found a version of this where you can replace the 1\/4&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; eye bolt for a 1\/4&#8243; x 3 1\/2&#8243; eye screw so you can\u00a0connect it to a tree instead of a garden stake, which you can find <a href=\"http:\/\/cambushcamo.com\/blogs\/news\/9586237-do-it-yourself-trail-camera-mount\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.
