1. Chicken\/Cattle Farm (Jasper County, Mississippi)<\/p>\n

This poultry and cattle farm, near Paulding, MS, includes 520 +\/- acres fenced and cross fenced, 12 chicken houses, multiple sheds\/barns, catch pen, 3 bed, 2.5 bath dwelling with pool, John Deere 5115M tractor with cab\/air, John Deere 5115 tractor with open station, baler, rake, rotary cutter, disk, Lewis DB2 housekeeper (decaker), Priefert pulverizer, spreader truck – too much equipment to list, but everything needed to run this farm! This poultry farm is a six house broiler operation located just outside of St. Matthews, SC, and is approximately thirty minutes from Columbia and less than an hour to Pilgrim\u2019s Pride in Sumter. The 50\u2019x530′ houses are well-maintained, operating efficiently and the farm is extremely clean and ready to go. Three of the houses have curtains on both side walls and three of the houses have one solid side wall and one curtain wall. The farm was outfitted with new solar panels less than a year ago that will power the whole farm. Also, the farm is connected to a natural gas line from nearby St. Matthews which eliminates the need for propane and the risk of running out in the cold winter months. The houses all contain the latest Choretronics 2 controllers. There are three 6\u201d wells on the property and two generators with automatic transfer switch. The farm is also connected to the county water line for an added layer of protection and backup to the wells. There is a 112\u2019x40\u2019 stacking shed that is less than ten years old.
