{"id":4505,"date":"2019-07-17T10:47:00","date_gmt":"2019-07-17T14:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationalland.com\/blog\/?p=4505"},"modified":"2021-08-06T10:36:06","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T14:36:06","slug":"nebraska-land-values-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationalland.com\/blog\/nebraska-land-values-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Nebraska Land Values 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you&#8217;ve been thinking about buying land in Nebraska, you might want to take a look at this year&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/agecon.unl.edu\/research\/2019-nebraska-farm-real-estate-report.pdf\">Nebraska Farm Real Estate Report<\/a> by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources.<\/p>\n<p>The annual report, released recently, revealed that there was an average decrease in Nebraska land values for 2018. &#8220;The all-land average value in the state ending February 1, 2019 averaged about 3 percent lower than the year before,&#8221; the report said. He is also a registered appraiser working under Steve Kroeger a Certified General Appraiser and is working on obtaining his Certified General Appraiser license. He is a 1997 he graduate of the University of Nebraska - Kearney, Nebraska during this same year he received his real estate license. In 2003, Ryan obtained his broker's license. Ryan is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) being 1 of the 7 in Nebraska. His main focus is crop land and recreational properties in Nebraska and Iowa; throughout his years in real estate sales, he has sold row crop farms, recreational\/hunting farms, ranches, acreages, development and transitional property. While at National Land Realty, Ryan has received numerous Top Producer awards. He is also a registered appraiser working under Steve Kroeger a Certified General Appraiser and is working on obtaining his Certified General Appraiser license.
