With NLR agents grossing more on their new plans compared to their previous plan, the new commission plan is showing promising results for agents and brokers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched April 1, 2026, the new commission structure gives agents and brokers three options based on their individual production, goals, and willingness to invest in their businesses. Plans include an 80\/20 split with tiered caps and the opportunity to earn 100% commission after reaching defined sales milestones, as well as flat 70\/30 and 60\/40 options with no tiers or caps. The plans give agents greater autonomy over their businesses while providing clear, standardized compensation structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe new commission structure has been absolutely worthwhile for me,\u201d stated <a href=\"https:\/\/nationalland.com\/real-estate-agent\/shannon-schlachter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NE Land Broker Shannon Schlachter.<\/a> \u201cSince buying in, I have reached the next commission tier and my initial investment has paid for itself several times already. Combined with the excellent support available at NLR, I believe this is the most competitive brokerage for land agents in terms of commission structure and listing support.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to CEO Doug Adams, the company is extremely pleased with the initial results of the new commission plans. These plans were designed to reward our agents for the long hours they spend getting each deal across the finish line without sacrificing the industry-leading agent support that we\u2019re known for.
