O’Toole shared one example from a current client: “They don’t really want to sell the ranch, but they really should sell some of the ranch to downsize and make their lives a little easier.”<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Rather than exiting land ownership completely, the family is selling a portion of the property to pay off debt while retaining a smaller, more manageable operation. As O’Toole explained, “They still own the ranch. They can still run the cattle that they want to run in a more manageable fashion.”<\/span><\/p>\r\n

For many landowners, this approach allows them to maintain the lifestyle they’ve built while improving their financial security.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
