There will be a lot of negotiating back and forth, and the land market will see those trickle-down effects, but it&#8217;s probably not something we&#8217;ll see for another 6-8 months,&#8221; stated Jeramy Stephens during an interview on RFD-TV earlier this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephens went on to discuss the need for careful planning on the part of landowners this year as global trade disputes continue to put pressure on necessary inputs like fertilizer and fuel for ag producers.
