In early May 2025, it was announced that all FSA loans above $500,000, particularly those involving business entities such as LLCs, would now require an additional level of review. These loans must be approved not only by the Secretary of Agriculture but also undergo scrutiny by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
