In the third quarter of 2024,<\/a> the average price per acre of Oklahoma farmland reached $2,637, a significant jump from $2,196 per acre in Quarter 4 of 2023, according to AcreValue.com. This upward trend is particularly striking given the financial strain many producers are experiencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
