I don\u2019t want to believe that my assets are going to go to somebody else, but one day the sun\u2019s going to come up and the deed to my house is going to be in somebody else\u2019s name,\u201d stated CEO of National Land Realty Ronnie Richardson during a recent interview on RFD-TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the looming generational wealth transfer set to take place in the United States over the next decade, Richardson stressed the importance of establishing an estate plan for landowners to protect their most valuable assets. He also noted the conversations that inheritors should be having with their landowning parents or grandparents today to better prepare for tomorrow.
