Selling Land

Do I Need a Land Tour 360®?

May 21, 2019

Several years ago, the only way to tour a property was to get in your car, drive to it, and walk around it. But that method had several caveats. Depending on the time of year, you may or may not have been able to fully see a property’s features. You may not have been able to schedule a time to go out and tour the property because of your busy schedule or maybe the property you were interested in was too far away to visit within the time frame you wanted.

The alternative to getting out on the property was to get online and use Google Earth or another service to view it via a map. While these methods certainly helped, there was still a need to have a more up-to-date view of the property.

So, we saw an opportunity to help. We heard our customers who said they wanted to be able to better visualize properties before they invested their time and resources to go on site – we wanted to create an experience that would allow you to completely tour a property without ever getting out of your house. Thus, Land Tour 360® was born.

We understand that there’s a lot that goes into the land buying and selling process. There are so many options when it comes to marketing a property for both buyers and sellers that it can be a little overwhelming to choose which one will help sell your land faster.

So, do you really need a Land Tour 360®? The simple answer is yes. Here’s why.

It’s Accurate

Land Tour 360® provides the most recent aerial view of your property. You no longer have to rely on standard map services that could be outdated or have errors for others to take a look at your land. A virtual tour shows an eagle’s eye view of your entire property and the finer details. It brings your property to life by showing visitors its key features and even allowing them to see it in motion with videos of flowing rivers or streams on your land.

It’s Easy

All you have to do to tour a property with Land Tour 360® is go to the listing on our website and start clicking away on the Land Tour 360® interactive map. Bounce around from one end of the property to the other by clicking on different viewpoints. Quickly scroll in and out, side to side, or up and down. Take in the whole property with just a click or swipe of the finger!

It’s Free

We can add a Land Tour 360® to any of our listings and it costs you nothing extra to view them! You get everything you could ever want to know about a particular property with this technology that’s completely free to access on our website.

It’s Efficient

Adding a Land Tour 360® to your property will make it stand out. You can’t get this kind of technology anywhere else in the land industry, so your property is sure to be noticed. This, in turn, leads to more traffic of your property listing and a faster sale!

Whether you’re a land buyer or a seller, adding a Land Tour 360® to your property listing enhances the land touring experience. Want to see more Land Tour 360s™? Visit https://nationalland.com/landtour360.php.
