Rob Newman joined National Land Realty as a land professional in 2017. He is a lifelong resident of Montgomery, Alabama. He hosts a hunting and fishing radio show, “Cast and Blast Outdoors” for 10 years. The show airs on Sports Talk AM740 and The Power Pig WPPG 101.1 in Evergreen. For 24 years, he owned and operated Money Mailer of Montgomery, a direct mail advertising company.
Rob graduated from Troy University and is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys hunting. Rob and his wife, Laura, currently live in South Montgomery County on a farm where they enjoy raising cattle, riding horses, and spending time with the family. They have two children, Webb and Annalaura. Annalaura attends his alma mater, Troy University. Webb attends Huntingdon College.

Russ is a native of Jackson, Alabama in Clarke County where he currently lives. Russ enjoys hunting his property in the McIntosh community of Washington County, Alabama. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and has been involved in real estate, both residential, Commercial, and land, since 2006. He began his real estate career in Jackson, MS before moving back to Alabama to pursue real estate with National Land Realty. He is an avid deer and turkey hunter as well as the acting president of the QDMA Gulf Coast Branch. Russ also is a Whitetail Deer Habitat consultant and specializes in setting your property up to where you can effectively kill more mature bucks by making those bucks feel safe. Russ is a certified DEER STEWARD LEVEL 1 and is working on his LEVEL 2 this year in 2017.

Lee Skinner has been in the real estate industry for ten years and was previously employed with Noxubee Real Estate before beginning his career at National Land Realty. Brad Smith joined National Land Realty in 2018. Brad is an experienced real estate agent, registered forester, and certified prescribed burn manager in Louisiana. For over 10 years, Brad has been a forester at PETERS Forest Resources, a forest management company that currently manages over 100,000 acres of private landowner land in Louisiana and South Mississippi. He has earned the Association of Consulting Foresters (ACF) Designation and is involved with the Louisiana Forestry Association (LFA), Society of American Foresters (SAF) and the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors.
His experience, occupation, and degree in forestry from Louisiana State University give him the expertise in not only selling recreational and timberland tracts, but also managing property. Being involved in some form of property management day in and day out, Brad knows the intricacies of various types of land. He thoroughly enjoys the land transaction process, especially when it involves exploring a property to learn its key features and coming up with a marketing plan to target specific buyers.
When he’s not out selling land, you can find Brad in the woods chasing turkey in the spring and out on the golf course playing amateur golf tournaments during the late spring and summer months. And in the fall and winter seasons, you’ll catch him in the woods, sitting in a tree with his bow.
Brad also spends a lot of his time making memories outdoors with his wife, Haylie, and two children: Loclon and Ally. Brad, an ex-colligate baseball player, used to umpire and coach travel baseball until he recently started teaching the game to the next generation of ballplayers: his son’s tee-ball team.

Dennis joined the National Land team in 2015 and has been in land sales for over 30 years. He received his BA in Business Administration from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama and is currently licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi. Dennis' previous employers include Southern Timberlands, where he worked for 11 years, and Stallworth Timber Company, where he worked for 30+ years. With his knowledge of land & timber and over 40 years of experience, Dennis is a huge asset to the company.
Dennis lives on 120 acres in Tunnel Springs, Alabama and The Colony at The Grand in Fairhope, Alabama. They have two children and seven grandchildren. Dennis enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling to many countries in the world. He is a fan of Winston Churchill and has visited his home Chartwell in England. Most enjoyably, Dennis has been wing shooting in Scotland. Dennis has served on the Board of Directors of The Alabama Forestry Association, The Alabama Wildlife Federation, Huntingdon College, Business Council of Alabama, The Society of International Business Fellows and several other Boards over the years.

Jonathan Stevens joined National Land Realty in 2018. Jonathan is a Mississippi native and specializes in recreational land sales primarily in central and north MS. He has almost 10 years of real estate experience in land sales and always makes the client his priority.
Jonathan is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in real estate finance. He currently resides in Madison, MS where he manages his family’s 5,000-acre farm in Carroll County, MS. He helps with tractor work, bush hogging, planting food plots, maintaining roads and timber plans. He also establishes a wildlife management plan, while implementing a deer management program with the help of other family members. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys deer, duck and turkey hunting, as well as fishing, golfing and watching/playing sports.

Jesse Stewart joined National Land Realty in 2017. Jesse was born in Mississippi and comes from an engineering and land surveying background. He previously worked for the MS Dept. of Transportation for 40 years on many large-scale multimillion-dollar construction projects with engineering oversight.
Jesse is a member of the Mississippi Association of Professional Land Surveyors (M.A.P.S.) and a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He enjoys helping both buyers and sellers attain all their land goals in the real estate and land transaction business, whether it’s farmland, commercial, or his specialty which is recreational, timberland, and hunting properties.
Jesse currently lives in Vaiden, MS in Carroll County where he has lived for most of his life. He is married with two children and is a member of the Baptist Church in Vaiden. In his spare time, Jesse loves getting out in the great outdoors to fish and hunt deer, wild turkeys, and ducks.

In college, Graham majored in consumer and environmental science. Graham's areas of expertise include premier property land sales and acquisition as well as habitat enhancement specialist and total plantation development. He has built some of the most beautiful plantations in Alabama. For Graham, land sales are a team deal. Zach Taylor came to National Land in 2015 after working with Black Belt Land Realty for eight years. In college, he majored in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Industrial Technology. Zach enjoys sales in hunting and timberland. Zach will do whatever it takes to make the client happy and simply gets the job done. The sale he is most proud of is the Maxwell Plantation that he sold several years ago for around $7,000,000.
Zach lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with his eight-year-old son Braxton and his fiancee Ann Marie May. He enjoys hunting, fishing, Alabama football, selling land, baseball, gambling, and spending time with family. Zach has enjoyed fishing and hunting across the US and several countries. He also played baseball in college at the University of West Alabama.

Andrew joined National Land Realty in 2015. He studied marketing at the Brock School of Business at Samford University from 2012-2015 and also played football while coached by Auburn legend, Pat Sullivan. He is also a co-founder and former Marketing Director for Live Round Sound Audio Systems. With Live Round Sound Audio Systems, Andrew led the creation and implementation of a marketing strategy that resulted in over $300,000 in total revenue during the first year of operation.
Andrew began his career in real estate while interning with Colliers International, Savannah. During that time, he expanded his knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. That opportunity led him to National Land Realty and he has since gained experience in many specialties within the land industry including but not limited to minerals, conservation easements, development, timber, and farmland.
Andrew currently resides in Hoover, AL. He has grown up with a passion for fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and exploring Alabama's outdoors.

John Wade started at Cornerstone Management managing apartments a year before he graduated college. He worked there 3 years before taking on many new business ventures in Tuscaloosa. Matt Walters is a Mississippi & Alabama Registered Forester (#2302) who has owned and operated Walters Forestry Services since 2003. A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, he is also a certified prescribed fire manager, a Tree Farm Inspector, and has experience in many different fields of forestry and land management.
Timber appraisals and sales, prescribed burning, pine and hardwood timber marking, and land management recommendations are just a few facets of his forestry work. Over time, Matt’s niche has become wildlife-oriented forest management, and he has worked alongside both state and private sector wildlife biologists to develop and implement forest and habitat management activities which help landowners achieve their specific objectives.
He’s been an active real-estate sales person across Mississippi since 2007 and became a part of the National Land Realty Team in 2017. His experience with forest and land management for his clients across the state has allowed him to stay connected and be involved with the different regional land markets of Mississippi. Mitchell is a highly qualified forest technician and has been involved in the land and timber industry since 1981. He has extensive experience in timber procurement, timber management, timber appraisal, GPS/GIS mapping, road construction, controlled burning, site preparation, planting, and herbaceous weed control. Mitchell began his career with the Kimberly Clarke Corporation in 1981, working with them until opening his own company in 2001, MAP Forestry, which assists both corporate and private timber managers, then he joined A&M Forest Consultants in order to better serve his customers and clients.
Mitchell loves to hunt and fish, but his passion is turkey hunting. He and his wife Pam live in Chunchula, AL. They are proud parents of their son Andrew, currently attending college.

He has been in the land business since 2004 and joined the NLR team in late 2015. Clint is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. He is a previous board member of the Alabama Chapter of the Realtors® Land Institute, current board member of the Alabama Forest Resources Center land trust, and chairs the national Future Leaders Committee of the Realtors® Land Institute. Clint is a graduate of the University of Alabama's Culverhouse College of Commerce & Business Administration, where he received a degree in Investment Management. Raised in Jackson, Alabama and the son of a consultant forester, he grew to be an avid hunter and outdoorsman from a young age. Born in the buzzing city of Baton Rouge, but raised in God’s natural paradise of Louisiana, Ryan has always enjoyed the outdoors. After graduating from Catholic High School and earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from LSU, he went on to manage a 2500 acre property in Braithwaite, LA known as Stella Plantation and restored the long-forgotten property back to a deer hunting and farming paradise. Growing up managing properties with his father, he gained a wealth of knowledge in managing real estate and negotiating sales which sparked his career in the land brokering industry. Warren has been in the forest management and forestry consulting business since 1981 and founded PETERS Forest Resources, Inc. in 1996. During his career, Warren has been responsible for a variety of forestry related duties, including timber inventories, timber and timberland appraisals, forest management, timber sale administration, and a variety of analyses of current and past market behavior and trends for clients considering the sale or purchase of timber and/or timberlands. This experience has included direct responsibilities for the management of approximately 70,000 acres of timberland in Louisiana and Mississippi and indirect or support duties relating to the management of an additional 200,000 acres. As an appraiser, Warren specializes in rural properties ranging from small recreational tracts to large timberland investments and has prepared appraisals on more than 5 million acres of timberland located across the southeastern United States on tracts ranging in size from a few acres to over 500,000 acres. As a real estate sales person and broker, he has been involved with sales of timberland and recreational tracts ranging from a few acres to larger than 30,000 acres. Clients include private landowners, forest industry, state and federal agencies, investors, attorneys and others.
Warren earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Louisiana State University in 1981.
