Daniel was raised in Weston, West Virginia. He grew up hunting with his father from age 3 and was hunting on his own by age 7. The outdoors and sports were Daniel’s life until college entrance at West Virginia University where he majored in Recreation and Parks Management. After this, Daniel went to hunting guide school in Montana and began guiding elk hunts.
Upon marriage to wife, Heather, Daniel continued to guide, as well as attend taxidermy school in Montana. From Montana, Daniel and Heather relocated to Illinois where Daniel guided hunts in Pike County. Along the way, Daniel met Jeff Danker, and so began Daniel’s role in Buckventures Outdoors. Jeff and Daniel’s friendship bloomed into Daniel joining the Buckventures Pro-Staff, and today Daniel is land manager and Co-Host for Buckventures. Daniel and Heather have one son, Greyson.

Shea Miller’s passion for the outdoors was established at a very young age and has now evolved into a true fascination that has encouraged his drive to become an educated and accommodating land specialist. Chuck Noble joined National Land Realty in 2018. Chuck has extensive experience in real estate and land sales. He previously worked as Chief Forester for the Kentucky Division of Forestry for several years and served as a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Kentucky and Realty Executives in Missouri. He attended the University of Kentucky where he earned a bachelor’s degree in forestry.
When he isn’t using his dedication, focus, and on-the-ground field experience to help a client, Chuck enjoys woodworking, yoga, playing his guitar, kayaking and reading. Chuck and his wife, Amy, have three children: Rayna, Aaron, and Eli, as well as a dog named Pixie. They are currently located in Warren County in south central Kentucky.

Josh Parker joined National Land Realty in 2018. Josh previously worked in the hospitality industry before joining the National Land team in Tennessee. Josh attended the University of Nevada Reno and is part of Faith Promise Church. As a Land Professional, Josh embraces the motivations of the clients he serves in order to secure a strong future for America’s farmland.
Josh has two children: a daughter named Raegan and a son named Josh Jr. When he’s not working, you can find Josh training for triathlons, biking, swimming, running, hiking or traveling.

Josh recently began his career in real estate after previously working as a wildlife habitat management consultant and hunting guide. He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he received an Environmental Science degree. With his experience in land management for wildlife species, Josh is able to establish management plans for landowners.
Josh and his wife currently live in the heart of eastern North Carolina with their two-year-old son and black lab, Huck. Josh is a fanatic about duck, goose, and turkey hunting. He also loves saltwater fishing and is a licensed fishing guide and a USCG charter boat captain. He's also teamed up with Field and Stream Magazine for articles on various types of waterfowl hunting.

Jeff Phelps, an Associate Broker for National Land Realty, is a native of Western Nebraska. He grew up farming dry land crops with his father along the Nebraska/Colorado border which gives him a great appreciation for stewardship of the land. Jeff recently retired from Cabela's after a 27 year career with the outdoor gear company. Jeff was instrumental in the success of the Cabela’s Trophy Properties program where he lead the real estate marketing initiatives for ten years and for two years served as the Real Estate Broker for Cabela’s Ventures, Inc. When Jeff isn’t busy working, you will usually find him on the back roads and highways training for his next bicycle race. Jeff is committed to offering superior customer service, honesty, and integrity to every client whether they are looking for their dream recreational property, investing in ag land or looking to sell their current property.

Brian started his career at National Land Realty in 2015 and has been in real estate since 2003. He has worked in land sales for Plum Creek Timber since 2007 and has worked all over the southeast. Brian has experience in timberland, farms, and undeveloped land, and is a CCIM candidate. Brian ensures his clients get the maximum value for their land by deciphering the highest and best use of each property. Brian has marketed land for its agricultural conversion potential and development potential. He also assisted in the sale of land to the federal, state, and local government or developers when their use brought a premium to current use. Over the past seven years, he has managed the sale of more than $200 million in land sales across the southeast.
Brian and his wife Heather live in Atlanta, Georgia with their two boys, Adam and Grant. Brian enjoys watching his sons play soccer, lacrosse, and basketball for their school teams and rec leagues. Brian is also a trained leader for his sons' boy scout troop and enjoys camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities with them and their troop. His other hobbies include golfing, hunting, and fishing.

Tyson joined National Land Realty in 2016 and has been a real estate investor for 10 years. Tyson currently owns Sunrise Tree Service with previous employment including ACE Energy Service (Equipment Consultant), Reents Agency (Licensed Crop Insurance Agent), and Brass Key Property Management (Maintenance Contractor). Some of Tyson's education/accreditations include: licensed P+C insurance agent (CO and KS), Ranching for Profit Graduate, Private Pilot (VFR/SEL), Love Real Estate (Australia), B.S. Degree in Business Management (University of Northern Colorado), Arbormaster Training Graduate (L1 Climbing/Rigging/Felling), AAS Degree (Northeastern Junior College), and Colorado State FFA Officer. Born and raised on a dry land and irrigated farm, Tyson has experience in production agriculture, cow-calf production, and holistic grassland management practices. He's also followed and attended hundreds of ag land auctions and actively assisted in drafting both cash lease and crop share lease agreements, negotiating sales, and providing tenants with timely repairs and maintenance when needed. Tyson is looking forward to transitioning out of arboriculture into real estate sales.
Tyson and his wife Kari have been married for four years and have a black lab named Stetson. They both reside east of Burlington, CO. Tyson enjoys flying, water skiing, and automobile collecting.

Marlon Reid joined National Land Realty in 2018. Marlon grew up farming for many years in his hometown of Marianna, Arkansas. He has a strong background in commercial, industrial and residential general contracting, but has a true passion for land development and the new possibilities that come with it.
Marlon is a true people person and a very involved community member. He has founded numerous organizations such as the Jes LeRe Hama Corp, a non-profit community development, education and public benefit foundation; the Red-Top Secretes Gourmet Foods Corp and the Vision of Faith Outreach Ministries International. He has also won several awards including NBC’s Vision & Design Award and the RTP/TVA Minority Business Enterprise Appreciation Award of Columbus, MS.
In his spare time, Marlon enjoys developing new program proposals as solutions to solve problems, writing and weightlifting. He loves traveling and spending time with his wife, Dr. Bonita B. Reid, and two children, Brianna and Caleb.

Casey Reynolds joined National Land Realty in 2018. Casey has 10 years of real estate experience and has a strong background in land for development, from the consulting aspect to finding the best use for a piece of property. Having been on both sides of a land transaction, he’s able to help clients navigate any obstacles that may arise.
Casey is a graduate of Bluefield College in Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and development. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) and is involved in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Casey currently resides in Richmond and enjoys outdoor activities from hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains to fishing the James River.

Pete and his wife Karen along with their four children reside in Western Iowa where they enjoy hunting, fishing and all that the great outdoors which Iowa offers. Allen Seymour joined National Land Realty in 2018. Growing up farming, Allen was very active in the National FFA (Future Farmers of America) Organization and participated in forestry and land judging on the national level. He has spent the last 18 years working in law enforcement with the Lenoir County Sherriff’s Office, and currently owns a business named Habitat Management where he specializes in property maintenance and planning in order to help landowners get the most benefit from their property.
With 18 years of law enforcement experience, Allen understands mission objectives, chain of command and possesses the necessary discipline to see a project through. He is very team oriented and has a great working knowledge for land and how to make improvements to enhance wildlife habitat. He thoroughly enjoys helping property owners reach their goals as it relates to wildlife habitat, to help them develop a property that will not only serve them but serve their family for generations to come.
Allen is an active member of Grace Fellowship Church, the National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited, National Wild Turkey Federation and Neuse River Retriever Club. He is also an avid outdoorsman. Aside from local hunting, Allen likes to travel to the Midwest each fall to hunt deer and then along the Mississippi Flyway for duck hunting. His favorite hobby is hunting Mallard ducks in an Eastern NC swamp.
Allen and his wife, Beth, have a son named Seth and a daughter named Makinzie. They also have two dogs, Max and Chase. Allen enjoys spending time with his children in the outdoors and teaching them the many lessons that can be learned. He loves the Lord and does his best to be the husband, father and spiritual leader that He has called him to be.

Kyle Wayne Shafer joined National Land Realty in 2018. Kyle is a third-generation farmer and has been involved with farming his entire life. Kyle also brings over 10 years of ag/real estate banking experience to the NLR team.
Kyle currently serves as Greeley County High School Junior High boys basketball coach, as a Growing the Vision board member and a Greeley County Country Club member. He is truly passionate about rural life in Western Kansas and all the opportunities it offers.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing golf and basketball, supporting and coaching his local youth recreation sports programs. He and his wife, Trista, were both born and raised in Tribune, Kansas. They have four children: Lincoln, Charlize, Scarlett, and Jett, as well as a dog named Chief.

Chad began his career in real estate with National Land Realty in early 2017. He attended Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia, where he studied Business Administration and was the Vice President and Co-founder of the Longwood University Club golf team. Chad was born and raised in Virginia and moved to Florida in 2013. He currently lives in Jacksonville Beach. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing golf, surfing, and hiking.

Cameron is a Land Broker for National Land Realty throughout the state of Georgia. He is a major producer in both the buying and selling sides of transactions for local and foreign clients in his service area. He has been in the land business since 2012 and is a licensed Broker in Georgia. Cameron specializes in the sale, acquisition, and assemblage of large agricultural, recreational, plantation, timberland, and conservation easement properties. Cameron also works closely with real estate developers of all industries and small acreage landowners to create markets for more niche properties. Cameron is a graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, where he received a degree in Business Marketing. Raised on the outskirts of Conyers, Georgia and the son of a home builder, he grew to be an avid hunter and outdoorsman from a young age. Cameron currently lives in Vidalia, Georgia. He is active in the local community along with Ducks Unlimited, Georgia Wildlife Federation and the National Wild Turkey Federation.
