Trey McCallie is the Principal Broker for Kentucky for National Land Realty. Previously, Trey was the Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Bluegrass Realty. Trey sells residential real estate in Central Kentucky and is responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and training agents. He has 14 years of experience in Real Estate and 21 years total in sales and marketing.
Before real estate, Trey sold data storage and management solutions to Fortune 1000 and mid-market organizations representing companies such as Oracle, Sun, EMC, and HP.
Trey is a native of Roanoke, VA where he lived for 22 years. Trey began his career in Real Estate with Napier Realtors ERA in the West End of Richmond, VA. In 2007, Trey sold 30 homes and produced $6.15 million in volume, earning national recognition from ERA.
In 2008, Trey was hired as the Managing Broker of Long & Foster’s Blacksburg, VA office. Long & Foster is the largest privately held real estate company in the U.S., with 220 offices in the Mid-Atlantic. In Blacksburg, he managed 35 agents and 2 staff. While at Long & Foster, he was named to the Executive’s Club and drew rave reviews from the agents he mentored.
Trey is an avid college football fan, following the Virginia Tech Hokies since he was young. He has traveled to many of the ACC stadiums and will now start marking some SEC stadiums off his list. Trey also enjoys golf, serving his community, concerts, and movies. Trey has been a Rotarian since 2003, serving as Sergeant at Arms and Director of Membership; he recently joined the Rotary Club of Lexington.
Trey is married to DeeDee Robinson. DeeDee is a Nursing Director at Norton Healthcare in Louisville. DeeDee has encouraged Trey to follow the Cats as well as the Hokies so he is adding many BLUE items to his wardrobe. Trey and DeeDee have a daughter, Harper Lawson, born in July 2012 and a son, Spencer, born June 2014.
Trey is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA where he remains involved as a member of the Board of Associates and Presidents Society Executive Committee.
Trey is also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
He is Vice Chair of the Advisory Board to SAFY (Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth).

Kraig Moore joined National Land Realty in 2018. Kraig has 16 years of real estate experience, with a strong background in forestry which allows him to know and appraise the marketable timber on each farm. Kraig received his bachelor’s degree in forest management from Southern Illinois University in 1989 and soon after, started a private consulting forester business specializing in timber marking and marketing, forest inventory and timber trespass investigations.
He is involved with the Association of Consulting Foresters of America Inc., Kentucky Woodland Owners Association and the Kentucky Forest Industry Association . He also previously served as past president of the Kentucky Association of Consulting Foresters and as past president of the Barren River Chapter of the Quality Deer Management Association.
Kraig loves to work on his farm, managing it for recreation, hunting and timber production. He enjoys turkey and bow hunting and has a passion for anything that has a motor in it. Kraig and his wife, Beth Ann have four children: Alex, Kerrick, David, and Eli. They also have a lab named Laddie who spends a lot of time in the woods with Kraig.

Bill Shanklin joined National Land Realty in 2018. Bill was born and raised in Texas and has been associated with the farming and ranching industry all his life. He held a full-time career as a firefighter for many years, while also working with cattle and horses and in real estate part-time. Retiring a few years ago from the fire service, he actively operated the family ranch located west of Graham, Texas in Young Country where he managed a cow-calf operation on his ranch and a stocker operation on some additional owned and leased property. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bill is focused on going above and beyond for each client and helping them achieve their goals.
Bill and his wife, Vicki, currently live in Wise County, Texas. They have two sons, Brody and Brent, who are both married and have two sons each. Bill and Vicki enjoy going to watch their grandsons play sports, raising cattle on their acreage and spending time at their church, First Baptist Decatur.

Robert joins National Land with 18 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and is a licensed Broker, Auctioneer and former licensed appraiser. Robert is a member of National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, and the Kentucky Auctioneers Association. Robert grew up on a corn, soybean, tobacco and beef cattle farm in East/Central Ky. Robert's main focus is selling land, farms and recreational properties throughout Eastern Kentucky. Robert enjoys waterfowl hunting, turkey hunting, whitetail deer hunting, clay shooting, cooking, camping, managing for wildlife and following University of Kentucky sports.

Aaron Sutton is an Eastern North Carolina native as he was born and raised in Kinston NC. He attended East Carolina University where he graduated with a Degree in Construction Management and a Minor in Business in 2011. Aaron brings a vast amount of knowledge to the land sales market as an avid sportsman, conservationist, and role model to young hunters. He has traveled North Carolina hunting from the mountains to the coast and ventured throughout the US and Canada on hunting trips as well. Aaron currently lives in Kinston with his wife Leslie and his 5-year-old daughter Aarlee Micah.
Aaron has a great understanding of the local area with regards to farmland, timber tracts, and hunting properties. With over 10 years of Real Estate experience, Aaron understands how to obtain or sell properties with the customer's best interests at heart. Stan Swofford was born and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Throughout his life, he has resided in Hampton, Jasper, and Beaufort counties. After graduating from high school as salutatorian of his class, he attended Georgia Southern University for 4 years in Statesboro, GA, where he graduated with honors. While there, he was vice president of the Construction Management Guild, a member of the GSU design-build competition team, and attained a B.S. in Construction Management with a minor in Business, also taking classes in both Marketing and Real Estate. He was also a committee member of the Delta Waterfowl Student Chapter at GSU, helping to raise money for wetlands and waterfowl conservation. Stan enjoys going to visit new places and meeting new people but is always glad to get back to the state of South Carolina, a place that he has always been proud to call home.
Stan previously worked almost 5 years as a Project Manager and Estimator for a General Contractor who specialized in Commercial, Residential, and Design-Build projects. There he learned a great deal about not only building design and the construction process, but also client relations and customer service, as well as how to be a great communicator and manager. Prior to joining National Land Realty, he worked with Weichert Realtors Coastal Properties in their Bluffton, SC office. He attributes his success to hard work, persistence, and creativeness; and considers himself to be an outside of the box, forward thinker who always strives for excellence. Stan earned the National Land Realty "Rising Star Award" for 2017. Recently, he attained his South Carolina Real Estate Broker License and was named a Managing Broker with NLR. Stan has opened and is now running the new "Lowcountry Office" for NLR, which he's located in his hometown of Grays, SC (Early Branch, SC address).
Stan enjoys spending a lot of time on his family property and hunting land between Early Branch and Grays, SC. He is an active hunter in Jasper, Hampton, Colleton, and Allendale Counties. He has a chocolate lab as a hunting companion and best friend named Mox. He is an active member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. His many interests include hunting, fishing, watching and following sports, boating, playing golf, and real estate! One of his favorite quotes is, “You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore”.

Warren joined National Land in 2018 as Principal Broker for Virginia. Prior to joining NLR, Warren has spent his career in Real Estate, both as a Real Estate Broker, as well as a transactional real estate attorney.
Warren grew up in Newnan, Georgia and returns frequently to visit his family and life-long friends. As an Eagle Scout, he grew up appreciating the outdoors. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in Marketing and a Minor in Political Science. He then attended the T.C. Williams School of Law (University of Richmond). Warren lives in Richmond. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, live music, and college football.

Mark Vellinga joined National Land Realty in 2018. Mark has over 30 years of real estate experience, has been involved in all sales of real estate products, and is a designated CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). His areas of expertise are in land sales, land development, investment product sales, exchanges, and negotiation. He is a graduate of Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
In his free time, Mark enjoys fishing with his high school buddies, watching Minnesota Viking football, attending college basketball games, biking, and swimming for exercise. Mark and his wife currently live in Sioux Falls, SD. They enjoy driving and traveling with their Mini Cooper convertible.

Mark Wright joined National Land Realty in 2018. Mark is a native Texan, born in Sweetwater. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has worked with some of the largest landowners in the U.S. Mark specializes in 1031 tax-free exchanges and conservation easements. He is a Texas Water Rights Expert and a Certified Land Specialist.
Before joining the NLR team, Mark worked with different franchises such as Cabela’s, Mossy Oak, Sothebys, and Coldwell Banker. He has worked on land transactions for all types of properties including farm, ranch, commercial, residential and industrial, among many others. He is also a part of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers and the Texas Land Trust Council.
Mark is a graduate of Texas State University and is an advocate of water rights and the conservation of it. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, reading, golfing and bird watching. He and his wife, Julieta, currently live in Kerrville, TX. Between the two of them, they have six adult children and two grandchildren.

Jenny was raised in Tallahassee, Florida where she lived with her parents Michael and Sherry Allen. She helped manage family farmland, and has mainly dealt with hunting leases and timber sales. Jenny joined National Land Realty in 2016.

Nicholas Ardis began his career in real estate with National Land Realty in late 2015. Nicholas graduated from the University of South Carolina in May 2015, with a double-major in both Finance and Global Supply Chain/Operations Management. For 6 months, Nicholas worked with Pure Fishing and was immersed in the corporate financing world, dealing with international currency hedging. Nicholas believes that land is an investment, both financially and recreationally. He is very adept at spreadsheets and other visuals in Microsoft Excel, therefore being able to show his clients the true value of an investment - not only pertaining to finances. Nicholas's experience and love for the outdoors make him a valued team member.
Nicholas currently lives in Columbia, SC near the USC campus. He spends most of his time outdoors - hunting, fishing, and playing sports with friends. Nicholas is a people person, loves being on or near the water, and is an avid South Carolina fan.

Carol Anne Bailey joined National Land Realty in 2018. Carol is a unique asset to the NLR team with knowledge in many different areas. Carol moved to South Carolina in 1989 but grew up on a farm in North Georgia, learning about land deals and the art of negotiation from her father that bought and sold land. She has over 10 years of real estate experience and has extensive knowledge in all types of livestock, their needs, fencing, and pastures, among many others.
When she’s not helping a client find or sell land, Carol spends her time at Red Creek Farm, which she has owned and operated since 2000. At the farm, she raises Brangus Cattle and Katahdin sheep alongside her partner and boyfriend, Chris. She also owns a dog boarding kennel and trains border collies for herding sheep and cattle. She uses the border collies on the farm and competes in herding competitions around the country.
Carol received her associate degree in veterinary technology from Tri-County Technical College in South Carolina. She is also involved in several organizations such as the Oconee Cattlemen’s Association, Georgia Stock Dog Association, South Carolina Sheep Industries Association, Southeast Brangus Breeder’s Association and Earle’s Grove Baptist Church.

Joe Baya joined National Land Realty in 2018. Joe is the president and owner of Great Days Outdoors Media and has been investing in real estate for almost 10 years. He has always been passionate about owning his own piece of land for hunting, recreation and/or investment. As a Land Professional, he plans to not only sell land, but invest in it so that his clients can trust that he “walks the talk.”
Before joining the NLR team, Joe also served as the vice president and founder of MainOcean Port Services, his first startup which he helped lead to over $3,000,000 in revenue with no outside funding in a crowded port services market. He earned his MBA from Jacksonville University and has experience in multi-channel marketing, as well as the business admin and communications fields.
Joe and his wife Stephanie have a son, Mac, and currently live in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with their 13-year-old redbone coonhound named Whiskey River and Walton, a blue point Siamese cat who is potty-trained.

Nick grew up in a small community just south of Fremont, NE, and has been around agriculture and recreational land for his entire life. He recently joined National Land Realty as a licensed land professional and has bought, developed, and sold several properties over the years. Nick is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a degree in Marketing.
Nick and his wife, Mindy, live in Omaha with their three Golden Retrievers. He is an avid hunter of big game, waterfowl, and turkey. When not hunting, Nick enjoys training his retrievers and working on hunting properties.

Luke Biscan joined National Land Realty in 2018. Luke is a consulting forester and has worked hand in hand with landowners and real estate agents/broker for years, providing buyers and sellers with critical information regarding timber resources that have allowed them to make responsible decisions. He has worked as a consulting forester since January of 2014 and has owned his own consulting forestry firm since March of 2017. He is also involved in the Association of Consulting Foresters (ACF).
Prior to graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry, Luke worked with several land management organizations. He graduated in the top of his class, was highly involved with the Forestry Department and took on several leadership roles during his time there. Upon graduation, Luke backpacked half of the Appalachian Trail before starting his career as a Forestry Consultant. After several years of working under a highly respected consultant and gaining the needed experience, he started his own firm. Combining his knowledge of timber with his love for adventure sports, he has worked with several off-road parks, developing trail systems and maps.
Luke thoroughly enjoys helping landowners meet their outdoor objectives. His background and knowledge in forestry and farming allow him to know the full potential of a property, while his love and passion for the outdoors allow him to see the true beauty of a property. Years of leadership roles have allowed him to build his personality and professionalism to connect with buyers and sellers of all types. Meeting a client’s objective is his main priority.
Luke and his wife, Sarah, have a son, Bennett, and another child currently on the way. They have two mixed-breed dogs: Maggie and Bakeeta. Luke’s hobbies and passions include friends and family, backpacking, hiking, camping, off-roading, biking, hunting, and farming.

Jason Bledsoe joined National Land Realty in 2018. Jason has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management that has allowed him to become a master communicator. Jason was born and raised in Indianapolis. He is a loyal Indiana Hoosiers fan, family man and dedicated Land Professional. He works out of our Indianapolis office alongside his son, Andrew Bledsoe, who recently became a Land Professional. Jason is also involved in The Next Level Experience, a group of high-achieving entrepreneurs and businessmen from around the globe.
Jason has been married to his wife, Christina, for over 20 years. Their family consists of four children: Andrew, Austin, Abel and Annabelle Rose, and three dogs. When Jason’s not hard at work, you can find him playing basketball, spending time with his family and participating in all the activities his kids are interested in.
